How It Works articulates the intricacies of Diona solutions, from its strong foundation and back-end diplomacy, flexible integration options, data security and privacy, and configurability. How It Works will also teach you about some of the key features of Diona solutions such as the assessments and forms infrastructure, and notifications.
Diona solutions are natively built for Android, iOS, and Windows. An "app" and an enterprise software solution are two very different things, and How It Works aims to explain these differences.

Secure by design
Diona solutions are designed to be secure. All Diona solutions use end-to-end encryption of data using industry standard encryption protocols to ensure data protection. Authentication and authorization can be configured to utilize any identity management systems used by the agency. Diona solutions are regularly tested for security vulnerabilities against standards such as OWASP and NIST security standards.

Diona solutions provides flexibility and control from the first day of implementation through the complete life-cycle of the solution. Through configuration, changes in business requirements can be accommodated without a need to re-code the solution. The Diona Configuration Manager gives agency IT administrators the ability to tailor their engagement solutions to suit the requirements of their system, process, and users. Mobile applications can be tailored completely through configuration, which means agencies do not need specialized mobile development skills to maintain Diona solutions. Integration
Diona solutions are systems of engagement that are designed to integrate with any existing systems of record, such as case management systems, document management systems, authentication systems etc., Diona solutions support integration to existing agency systems via REST/SOAP services, Java Integration APIs and Javascript Integration APIs.
All the data captured and managed using Diona solutions is stored in the agency system of record. However, when there are no existing system of record or direct integration is not possible with the existing systems, you can still transform your worker and client engagement using Diona solutions. The Diona Data Store can be used to store the information required by the Diona Solutions. Data can be extracted and loaded into a backend system using scheduled batch jobs as well.
Agencies that utilize the Diona Data Store can use Diona Data Manager, a web based tool built to enable access/manage information captured using the Diona Data Store.
