Diona Data Manager

Access and manage information
Diona solutions provide a secure supplemental database, Diona Datastore, that acts as a sidecar to an organization’s systems of record. The Diona Data Manager is a web application that allows health and human services and social services organizations to manage case and client data stored in the Diona Datastore. Key information (e.g. documents, case notes, assessments, forms) that is captured in the Diona solution can be accessed and managed by supervisors, caseworkers and staff via the Diona Data Manager. 

Maintain user authentication and authorization
Security is a key consideration for all the Diona solutions. Organizations that do not have their own authentication and authorization protocols in place can use Diona Data Manager to manage user authentication and authorization.

Extract data and create reports
Through the Diona Data Manager, users can extract data, create and run reports on data associated with cases, clients and users such as login information, demographic details, case notes, forms and assessments.
