Caseworkers at child protective services agencies do critical work, often under very difficult circumstances. With the well-being and safety of children at stake, their time and attention to clients has the power to change lives. However, the large amount of paperwork required can cut into the amount of quality time social workers can spend with clients if the management of documentation is not done efficiently. 

To fully support caseworkers and automate the capture and flow of client and case information based on caseworkers’ needs, the Steuben County Department of Social Services (DSS) collaborated with Diona to configure and implement Diona Visits.  With this solution, caseworkers have electronic access to all case and client information, forms, and documents while out of the office. They can electronically capture client documentation, complete forms pre-filled with client information, and capture client signatures in the field.
