Ktunaxa Kinbasket Child & Family Services Society

Implemented Diona Visits for the Ktunaxa Kinbasket Child & Family Services Society (KKCFS) in British Columbia, Canada. The solution helps KKCFS in ensuring the safety of Aboriginal Children (First Nations, Metis, and Inuit) using the Signs of Safety model in the Cranbrook, Kimberley, Creston and lnvermere areas, both on and off-reserve.

Diona worked with KKCFS and Elia, to implement the KKCFS solution based on Diona Visits for KKCFS social workers. The solution enables the social workers to access their case files; complete Signs of Safety tools, forms and story boards; dictate notes; and work offline on their mobile devices while interacting with the children and families. To support KKCFS requirements, the Diona Data Manager provides supervisors with a complete view of their workers’ cases. It also allows the supervisors to manage their workers’ cases, view and edit case notes, mark the notes as complete, and view the Signs of Safety tools and forms that have been completed in the Diona solution.
